Hi Year 2! What have you spent today doing! I hope you are enjoying the sunshine ☀️
Have a look at telling the time today. In year 2 we look closely at telling the time in 5 minute intervals. I have left the link to a great powerpoint presentation to help both you and your children out as well as out year 2 time knowledge organiser.
Have a go at completing the sheet left below. Remember you DO NOT need to print out these worksheets to complete. Simply, look at them on your phone, table or laptop computer and complete out loud or on a sheet of paper.
Good luck. Mrs H x
This morning we are using the iPads to create a poster all about Mahatma Gandhi. Can you remember where he was born or why he is significant ? Let us know how you get one today !
DONT FORGET YOUR FULL STOPS AND CAPITAL LETTERS !!!
Have you forgetten everything we learned last week because we all have ??!!
Have this helpful powerpoint presentation to help you out 🙂
Good morning Year 2! I hope you and your families are well.
We joined Joe Wicks to take part in his PE sessions this morning. Did you take part?

The following PDF included work to be completed at home. It includes maths, SPAG, and reading resources. In the bottom left corner of most sheet is a small coloured star. Red is beginner, blue for expected learners and gold stars for challenge. Your children are very familiar with working in the way and will know which star they usually begin on. This is not to say that your child is not capable of learning from all stars but gives a rough guide of where to begin. As below, if you require any further help please do not hesitate to contact me.
For those children self isolating over the next couple of weeks here is a HMWK grid to complete. You will find lots of activities that would have been completed in the classroom. If you need any resources or help with any of the following please do not hesitate to contact school.
